Without a doubt one of my favorite things to make in the Summer is salad – any kind of salad! I grew up with a Grandma who loved to make Macaroni Salad and Potato Salad, and boy did she make it the best! When the heat rises in the Summer the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven. You can hit up your local Farmer’s Market to find so many fresh fruits and veggies to make any of these amazing creations.
When I put out a request to some amazing food bloggers for Summer Salad recipe ideas I didn’t expect the overwhelming amount that I would receive, and believe me they all looked so sensational! I’ve put together just a short list of what I received, however I’ll be sure to follow up with another post similar to this with even more. As always, you’ll find the link for the directions and full recipe to each Summer Salad above the image, or you can click on the image itself. If you find these salads as beautiful and mouthwatering as I did please be sure to let the creator know, because a lot of work is put into each and every recipe!
