These fast & easy meal ideas are specifically geared toward busy families. This is a nice list to have for your meal-time rotation for weekdays and weekends as well. I’ve tried to keep the ingredients for each recipe at 5 (or less), not including what you will probably already have at home (oil, salt, eggs, etc.). Planning your meals in advance lets you save time grocery shopping and makes you less likely to make a quick trip through the drive through, meaning feeling better about what you’re eating.
